Our Story
EvenStance exists to close the gap between consumers and the companies they dispute with. When something goes wrong, whether it's a rejected insurance claim, a hidden commission, or a property full of defects, most people don't know where to start. They don't know which laws protect them, which regulator to contact, or how to write a letter that actually gets a result.
Companies know this. Their complaints processes are designed to exhaust you into giving up. Template responses, departmental ping-pong, deliberate delays. It's a playbook, and it works on most people.
EvenStance gives every consumer the tools, knowledge, and strategic expertise that used to be reserved for those who could afford a solicitor, for the price of a streaming subscription.
The Founder
EvenStance was built by Dan Warrener, a UK technology leader with twenty-five years at Microsoft, Avanade, and Cognizant. Dan didn't set out to build a dispute platform. He built it because he needed it.
Over a period of years, Dan found himself in multiple consumer disputes: a PCP agreement with hidden commission at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, a new-build property with over 200 defects, an insurance claim that sat untouched for months, and solicitors who made the situation worse instead of better.
He won, not because he shouted louder, but because he got organised. He learned which regulations applied, how to structure evidence, and how to create letters that created genuine legal pressure. The Financial Ombudsman described his evidence as “detailed, plausible and persuasive.”
But the process nearly broke him. So he did what twenty-five years of technology leadership trained him to do: he built a system. Frank AI brings that same system to every consumer who needs it.
