The Founder
EvenStance was built by Dan Warrener, a UK technology leader with twenty-five years at Microsoft, Avanade and the technology industry, focused on Data & AI. Dan didn't set out to build a dispute platform. He built it because he needed it.
Over a period of years, Dan found himself in multiple consumer disputes: a PCP agreement with hidden commission at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, a new-build property with over 200 defects, an insurance claim that sat untouched for months, and solicitors who made the situation worse instead of better.
He won by getting organised. Reading the regulations that applied, structuring the evidence properly, and writing letters that created real legal pressure. The Financial Ombudsman described his evidence as “detailed, plausible and persuasive.”
But the process nearly broke him. So he did what twenty-five years of technology leadership trained him to do: he built a system. Frank AI brings that same system to every consumer who needs it.
